The service
If you become a customer, the OpenJug service is provided under a separate written agreement between you and AHK Digital Comms Pty Ltd. That agreement governs:
- How the service works
- What we promise to do
- Your obligations
- Fees and payment
- When and how either party can end the service
Pricing
The pricing shown on this website ($149 per venue per month) is current as of October 2026 and excludes GST. Prices may change. If you're already a customer, we'll give you 30 days' written notice before any price increase applies to you.
No warranties
The information on this website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about:
- The accuracy or completeness of the information
- The availability of the website
- Whether the website or service will meet your requirements
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, condition, warranty, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of this website is limited to us re-supplying the information or paying the cost of having it re-supplied.
Third-party services
OpenJug integrates with OpenTable and ad platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google and Pinterest). We're not responsible for those services or their availability. OpenTable is a trademark of OpenTable, Inc. OpenJug is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenTable, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Google or Pinterest.

Governing law
